PoK elections: Big protests against Imran govt after poll rigging claims

Widespread protests against Pakistan government have swept Pakistan-occupied Kashmir after opposition claimed that the results of recently held Assembly elections were allegedly rigged by Imran Khan dispensation in the region. Thousands of people across the PoK have hit streets against the Imran Khan government during which they also held pro-independence protests. Imran Khan’s PTI emerged as the single largest party in the elections by winning 25 out of 43 seats. The Pakistani government has rejected the opposition charges of rigging.
