Russia seems to be on a similar path to that of China in terms of presenting history. In 2019, China blocked access to Wikipedia in all languages. Instead, the people living and working there can access Baidu Baike, which is a Chinese-language internet encyclopedia. Unlike Wikipedia, Baidu Baike complies with the Chinese Communist Party's censorship demands.
