Russia has now raised the death toll in Ukraine's deadly strike in Makiivka to 89. The Russian Defence Ministry blamed the use of mobile phones by soldiers for the significant number of deaths. They said that it was the cell phone's signal that helped Ukraine track down the soldiers and determine their coordinates for a missile strike. Ukraine on the other hand, has said that 400 Russian soldiers died in the strike on Russian barracks in Makiivka. Watch this video for more details.
