Putin meets wounded troops in Moscow hospital; Calls them 'heroes'

- Russian President Vladimir Putin met soldiers wounded in the Ukraine war at a hospital in Moscow. This was for the first time that Putin met injured after the beginning of Russian operations in Ukraine. Putin hailed the soldiers who were wounded during ‘special military operation’ as ‘heroes’. Wearing a white medical coat, Putin interacted with soldiers at Moscow's Mandryka military hospital. Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu accompanied Putin as he shook hands with the wounded soldiers.
