The U.S. and Ukraine have hit back at Russia and urged it to reverse its decision to terminate the Black Sea Grain deal just hours after the attack on Crimea bridge. The White House and Kyiv accused President Vladimir Putin of "weaponising food" and branded his decision "unconscionable, irresponsible and dangerous."
