Putin & Xi slam AUKUS; Russia-China back each other on Taiwan, Ukraine

Xi Jinping hosted Russian President Putin hours before the Beijing Winter Olympics officially opened. Putin and Xi Jinping announced a strategic partnership with 'no forbidden areas of cooperation'. Russia and China slammed 'AUKUS', the security partnership between Australia, UK & USA, saying the alliance increases the danger of arms race in the region. Russia and China stated they will work unitedly on climate, space and artificial intelligence. They also said that the bilateral cooperation is not affected by 'circumstantial changes in third countries'.
