Russia blast an accident or 'enemy action'? Nine killed in suspected gas explosion

Nine people were killed after a gas cylinder exploded in a five-story residential building in Russia's Tymovskoye settlement in Far Eastern Sakhalin Island. Russian news agency TASS reported that the blast took place early morning and that there were four children among those who died in the accident. According to emergency services, several more people were feared to be trapped under debris.
