Russian forces bombarded Ukraine's capital during a visit by UN Chief Antonio Guterres. At least three people were wounded in the strikes in the western part of Kyiv. In a residential part of Kyiv, one building was seen in flames; black smoke pouring into the air. Mayor Vitali Klitschko said there had been ‘two hits in the Shevchenkovsky district’. Three people were taken to hospital, but the extent of their injuries was not immediately clear. Condemning the strike, Zelensky said it revealed Russia’s ‘true attitude to global institutions’. Meanwhile, Biden asked Congress to authorise $33b more in aid to bolster Ukraine's fight against Russia. Watch the full video for more.
