Russia’s special presidential envoy Kirill Dmitriev publicly mocked EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas after Russia’s hypersonic, nuclear‑capable Oreshnik missile was used against Ukraine, saying even she should know there is “no air defense” able to stop it. His jab came as Moscow confirmed an Oreshnik strike on Lviv’s energy infrastructure and as Western media highlighted the weapon’s Mach 10 speed and Russia’s effort to link the attack to tensions over a seized Russian‑linked tanker.
