Russia claims its troops have launched a barrage of attacks countering Ukraine's offensive in the Luhansk People's Republic. A fierce battle continues in Ukraine's east where its forces have been launching a string of attacks in recent weeks. Moscow says its forces have successfully countered at least 70 Ukrainian attacks in Luhansk this week.
