Russia’s missile threat on Putin arrest warrant spooks ICC | ‘War Declaration’

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has expressed concern about the threats from Russia after it issued an arrest warrant against President Vladimir Putin for alleged war crimes. The presidency of the ICC’s Assembly of States Parties said it “regrets attempts to hinder international efforts to ensure accountability for acts that are prohibited under general international law”. This after former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev threatened to hit the world court with hypersonic missiles. He also responded to German Justice Minister's claims that the NATO Nation would be obliged to arrest Putin if he steps on their territory. Medvedev has now said that any attempt to arrest Putin would be treated as 'declaration of war' by Russia. Watch this video for more details.
