Sharia law in Kabul; Taliban's Yaqoob & Baradar, Haqqanis fight for dominance

- After US left Afghanistan, reports of infighting in the Taliban over government formation are emerging. Taliban is negotiating with the Haqqani network in Kandahar. Meanwhile, Taliban’s Military commander Mullah Yaqoob is against the appointment of elite leaders Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar and Stanekzai in the government. Soon after US quit, Taliban has started showing signs of how it will rule Afghanistan. Sharia law was imposed in Kabul by the city’s newly appointed Talibani mayor.
