Tattoo artist offers free tattoos to cover up scars of childbirth

A Chinese tattoo artist is helping dozens of women regain their confidence by offering free tattoos to cover up their caesarean section scars. He was inspired by a Brazilian artist, who helped cover up scars of domestic violence victims. The artist wanted to help new moms to regain their self-esteem.
