Taliban cleric Haqqani killed by bomb in ISIS suicide bomber’s artificial leg

- One day after top Afghanistan cleric Rahimullah Haqqani, who supported Taliban, was killed in a suicide bombing in Kabul, the details of his attack have now emerged. As per Reuters, he was killed by an Islamic State suicide bomber inside his office in an Islamic seminary in the Afghanistan capital. The attackers had concealed the bomb in his prosthetic limb. The religious leader had been on the hit-list of ISIS terrorists for long. He is one of the highest profile figures to have been killed in the country since the Taliban returned to power last year.
