Ukraine crisis: Biden-Putin agree to meet on a condition; Watch what the WH said

US President Joe Biden & Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed “in principle” to a summit over Ukraine on one condition. The meet over the crisis can only happen if Russia doesn’t invade Ukraine, said the French presidency. The announcement was first made by the office of French President Emmanuel Macron who had pitched both leaders on a summit over ‘security and strategic stability in Europe’. Following the announcement by France, the White House said that Biden agreed in principle to the meeting. Watch the full video for more.
