US flies Russian Cosmonaut to Space Station despite hostilities amid Ukraine war

A SpaceX spaceship blasted off from the U.S and headed for the International Space Station carrying a Russian. The voyage carries symbolic significance amid tensions between the two countries over the war in Ukraine. Anna Kikina is the only female cosmonaut in service and is part of the Crew-5 mission, which also includes one Japanese and two American astronauts. The long-planned exchange program has been maintained despite soaring tensions. Ensuring the operation of the ISS has become one of the few remaining areas of cooperation between the United States and Russia. Watch this video for more.
