USA vs China over nuclear weapons: Trump aide says Beijing must join talks

In a fresh war of words between the United States of America and China, the US Secretary of State slammed Beijing for not joining global strategic dialogue regarding nuclear weapons. Mike Pompeo said that China is building its nuclear arsenal and conducted more missile tests than all western nations combined in 2019. He added that if China wants to be a part of the global community, then it must adhere to obligations under Nuclear Proliferation Treaty etc. The US has the 'tools' to respond to 'any threats from the Chinese Communist Party', said Pompeo.
