Updated on Nov 11, 2019 04:56 pm IST
Wall Street's Fearless Girl statue installed opposite to the famous Charging Bull is going to get a new home. The four-foot statue of a young girl staring down the Charging Bull was originally installed on Wall Street in March 2017. It was part of a campaign by SSGA to get companies to increase the number of women on their boards. The statue was placed on International Women's day and had a temporary permit for the placement but the permit was later extended to 18 months on the request of women's groups.
