Watch: Car Crashes Into Biden's Security Vehicle As President Exits Election Campaign HQ In Delaware

A major security scare concerning US President Joe Biden took place on December 17 when he was visiting his election campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. As Biden was exiting the building, a car collided with a security vehicle part of the President's motorcade. Secret Service personnel drew their weapons and surrounded the vehicle, even as Biden was ushered into a car and driven away. Watch the full video for more.
