China dispatched first batch of its $31 million humanitarian assistance to crisis-ridden Taliban-ruled Afghanistan. Chinese ambassador in Kabul handed over the the aid to acting minister of Refugees Khalil-ur-Rehman Haqqani, a U.N. designated terrorist. China has pledged to help Afghanistan as the country reels under unprecedented economic crisis. While China is yet to recognise Taliban, but it continues to work with Taliban officials at diplomatic level and maintains its Embassy in Kabul. Watch this report for more.
