Zelensky decries ‘inhumane conditions’ in Mariupol; Russia's ‘nuclear’ warning

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called out the ‘inhumane conditions’ in the city of Mariupol, which he described as ‘under constant shelling, under constant bombing’. Two ‘super powerful bombs’ rocked Mariupol on Tuesday as fresh attempts were made to rescue civilians. Zelensky also said that talks between Ukraine and Russia are confrontational but moving forward.
