Zelensky, Starmer, Macron and Merz hold ‘critical’ Downing Street peace talks

Emerging from more than two hours of discussions, Starmer called it a “critical stage” in the push for peace, while Zelensky stressed that Ukraine “can’t manage” without both American and European support, underscoring Kyiv’s reliance on united Western backing.
