Updated on Mar 23, 2017 09:52 am IST
A Czech zoo has cut the horn off of its first rhinoceros, following the poaching of a rhino at a French zoo for its horn. A rare white rhino was killed at a French zoo by poachers. The death sent shockwaves across Europe - believed to be the first time a rhino in captivity was attacked and killed on the continent. A way to fight back against poaching. All the 21 rhinos at the zoo are expected to lose their horns for a better bargain at lives.
