Germanwings crash: Here's everything we know about co-pilot Andreas Lubitz
Updated on Mar 27, 2015 01:18 pm IST
Investigators and people who knew Andreas Lubitz say there were no warning signs that could have predicted his decision to intentionally crash a Germanwings airliner Tuesday, killing himself and 149 others. Andreas Lubitz was 28 years old and had been with the German airline for less than two years. He began his training with the Lufthansa Group in 2008 and attended a flight school in Phoenix, Arizona. Friends described him as being 'very happy' with his job and reject the conclusion that he was capable of causing such destruction.
