Stability and reconciliation in Afghanistan was in the interest of the International Community and the region, said German foreign minister Guido Westerwelle in Bonn on Saturday, ahead of the Afghanistan Conference to be held in the city on Sunday. Westerwelle further blamed Pakistan indirectly, for playing a double game in Kabul. Zalmai Rasoul, Afghanistan's foreign minister, appealed to the International Community to continue to support his country after the withdrawal of foreign troops in 2014.
