Myanmar ensures effective intelligence sharing

Indian Foreign secretary, Ranjan Mathai, who is on a three-day visit to Myanmar along with Prime Misnister Manmohan Singh, has said that Myanmar has ensured that no insurgent group or any anti-Indian forces would be allowed on Myanmar territory. He also added that Myanmar understands that it is necessary to have effective intelligence sharing. Meanwhile, Mathai said that the Myanmar president Thein Sein had mentioned Aung San Su Kyi in his talks with Manmohan Singh and that the government is looking forward to her contribution in the parliament
