Updated on Nov 30, 2011 07:27 pm IST

Chairman of the Pakistan Evacuee Trust Property Board (PETPB), Syed Asif Hashmi, has said that India and Pakistan should jointly review the pact signed between the former Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan, Jawaharlal Nehru and Liaquat Ali Khan, to facilitate more pilgrimages between the countries. The Nehru-Liaquat Pact was signed on April 8, 1950 to guarantee the rights of minorities in both countries after the partition of India and avert another war between them.
