Talks in progress on border agreement and river water sharing: Dipu Moni

Bangladesh foreign minister Dipu Moni, who is on a brief visit to India, focused on the two contentious issues of Land Border Agreement (LBA) and sharing of waters of River Teesta. Responding to a journalist's question on these two issues, Moni said that a formalisation is needed within India for both the countries to reach an amicable conclusion.
