Tibetan PM optimistic about talks

Samdong Rinpoche is optimistic following China's offer to hold talks with envoys of the Dalai Lama, the spiritual leader of the Tibetans Buddhism. Meanwhile, thousands of exiled, staged a protest march on Dharamshala to demand the release of the Panchen Lama, the second highest ranking figure in Tibetan Buddhism, whom they say has been a prisoner in China since 1995.
