Watch: 8-year-old boy takes siblings out for drive in US

Newly released Minnesota State Patrol dashcam video shows 8-year-old's joy ride. His two foster siblings, a 5-year-old foster sister and her 3-year-old brother, were also inside the vehicle at the time. The video shows the boy at the end of his ride in a suburban neighborhood in Minnesota, US. The car is driven into a driveway and then is put into reverse, hitting the squad car before parking. The video then shows a pajama-clad boy getting his out his backpack and a bag with his belongings. The three of them leave with the trooper, unharmed. They were returned to their foster family. It is still unknown why the boy took off or where he planned to drive.
