A test of precision and a test of determination, the World Marbles Championship squared off in a parking lot in Crawley, England. Teams from around the world gathered outside The Greyhound pub in Tinsley Green. According to legend, marbles were played in this spot for more than 400 years and its appeal has withstood the test of time. The tournament lasted well into the evening and once the sun went down, it had to be lit with car headlights. But no one lost their cool and no one lost their marbles. The team 'Yorkshire Meds' took home the silver trophy and the title.
