Watch: PM Modi asks Indian diaspora for ‘performance certificate’

While talking to the Indian Diaspora in San Jose, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked for 'a certificate' of his 16 months in power, on whether he has fulfilled the promises and responsibilities. The 18,000-strong crowd roared back with a unanimous and loud 'Yes'. PM Modi also took a jibe at Congress for corruption and asked if anybody could say that a corruption charge is filed against him. He added that the world is now acknowledging the fact the 21st century belongs to India. He also said he will give his every moment and every particle of his body in working for India's betterment.
