A video showing a cat called Vincent walking around on his titanium-alloy prosthetic legs has become an internet hit on social media.

The three-year-old domestic cat can be seen walking across the Lloyd Veterinary Medical Centre floor in Iowa with relative ease.

Vincent was brought to the Story County Animal Shelter in Nevada as a kitten with injured hind legs and was given a home by Cindy Jones who worked at the establishment, Iowa State University.
