Born and raised in rural Montana in USA, Olive Horrell grew up with no electricity, no indoor plumbing and riding a horse and buggy to get around. The 97-year-old now lives in California nursing home where she recently heard about the 'Wish of a Lifetime' program, a non-profit granting wishes to seniors. What did she want?

She chose to visit the Google headquarters. What would push her to make such an unsual wish, one might wonder. Well, she's interested in seeing the future, since she says she may not be around to see all of it herself.

Included in her tour of the high-tech campus: a ride in a driverless car, a virtual reality demo and a chance to create her own Google Doodle.

Olive says she remembers when computers first became commonplace and has been fascinated with technology ever since.

Google employees say they were impressed with Horrell's energy and continuing thirst for knowledge which remains unquenched.97-year-old Olive Horrell chose to visit Google as 'Wish of a Lifetime' because she's interested in seeing the future, since she says she may not be around to see all of it herself.
