Russia Ukraine war updates: As the war escalates in Ukraine, the fighting is raging in Kyiv's suburbs as Russian forces advance ever close to the capital.

Russia and Ukraine will on Monday hold the fourth round of peace talks, just a day after Moscow launched an airstrike at a Ukrainian military base close to the Polish border. As many as 35 people were killed and 134 were injured.     The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will deliver its order on the Ukraine vs Russia case on March 16, reported Russian media Sputnik.


    Kyiv had filed the case at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) shortly after Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, demanding that the tribunal order an end to the offensive.
