The bathroom pull-up bar is his secret fitness cheat code

Speed told his viewers that this trick is a total cheat code. He does pull-ups every single morning when he wakes up at home. The streamer said his back is much stronger because of this bar. “I really recommend, everybody who’s into fitness, putting a pull-up bar in your bathroom,” he said.

He said he does ten reps every time he walks through that specific door. That adds up to fifty pull-ups by the end of the day. “I have gotten so much stronger from doing these,” Speed told his fans. He then showed his strength by doing a very hard exercise move.

Why this simple bodyweight routine works for the young star

He lifted his legs while doing pull-ups to show off his core. This move targets his arms, back, and stomach muscles all at once. “Trust me bro, that’s probably my fourth set today,” the star said.

He told fans they can just go on with their day after. Pull-ups are a great way to build muscle using only body weight. They help improve grip strength and make the shoulders much broader too.
