Local NBC affiliate, KARE 11, reported that a large crowd has gathered at the scene of the shooting as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is carrying out a massive deployment of federal agents on North Lyndale Avenue. Videos shared from the scene showed protestors and law enforcement officials clashing.
