PARIS/STRASBOURG: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday cancelled a visit to France in a spat over Moscow’s role in the Syrian conflict. The announcement came after President Francois Hollande said he would see him only for talks on Syria amid deteriorating relations between Moscow and the West.
