Pop icon Michael Jackson's most ghoulish look has been exposed in a set of unseen photos taken behind the scenes of his 1997 short film Ghosts.

The new issue of

Make-Up Artist

magazine has the King of Pop in the get-up of Super Ghoul in make-up specialist Stan Winston's film, reported Contactmusic.

The photos are a part of an article about artists who applied make-up on Jackson and helped him create disguises for his shopping trips.

Richie Alonzo, who created Jackson's Mayor look for 'Ghosts', said that the pop star loved to go on shopping trips in various disguises and he once insisted on visiting a local toy store in his Mayor look.

"He had a suit to change his form a bit, and prosthetic hands and full head and wig," Alonzo said.

Make-up experts Michael Westmore and Steve Johnson have revealed they worked on elaborate disguises specifically for Jackson's shopping trips.

Westmore, who had helped create disguises for government officials, admitted he was called in to create "a variety of prosthetic noses and dentures" for Jackson.
