Zawahri urges Egyptians to reject "criminal" Obama

Al Qaeda's second-in-command urged Egyptians to reject a visit by US President Barack Obama to Egypt during which he plans to deliver a message to Muslims.

Al Qaeda's second-in-command urged Egyptians to reject a visit by US President Barack Obama to Egypt during which he plans to deliver a message to Muslims.

Ayman al-Zawahri, an Egyptian militant leader, described Obama as a "criminal" and said his "messages to Muslims had already been received (through) ... a bloody campaign against Muslims in Swat" in Pakistan.

Zawahri's recorded remarks were posted on an al Qaeda-linked Islamist website.
