English singer Harry Styles’s song, Sign of the Times, may have garnered praise since it came out last month, on April 7, but its recently-released video has evoked a different response — social media users have been mocking it since its release on Monday. As usual, they came up with jokes and memes, making #SignoftheTimes trend on Monday and Tuesday.

Sign of the Times is English singer Harry Styles’ first solo single after One Direction’s hiatus in 2015.

In the video, a brooding Styles is moving along the coastline, as he croons the lyrics. From witty one-liners to hilarious memes, Internet users had a field day. Check it out:
