Sidhu is married to chief parliamentary secretary (CPS) Dr Navjot Kaur Sidhu who was recently in the news when she ‘resigned’ from the BJP on Facebook.
The CPS was reportedly unhappy at the prospect of Sidhu’s RS seat, saying it would keep him away from Punjab.
