Twitter mix-up: Mika tags ‘younger brother’ Gurmeet Ram Rahim!
Singer Mika made what seemed like an obvious mistake but was enough to leave you in split on twitter on Thursday. From his verified Twitter account ‘King Mika Singh’ (@MikaSingh), he meant to send out a message of encouragement to fellow singer Ranjit Bawa, whose new song is set for release. But he tweeted, “My younger brother @Gurmeetramrahim bawa’s new song is #shermarna is coming soon :) chakde fatte.”

Within minutes, several Twitter users sought to tell him that he had made a mistake. Gurpreet Singh (@imgsvirk17) wrote: “@MikaSingh Paaji he’s ranjit bawa so why u tag Gurmeet ram rahim..??” Another user, SinghKaramvir (@karam_kv), asked simply: “@MikaSingh bhaji aa ram rahim brother aa tuhada (Is Ram Rahim your brother)?”
Mika, known to court controversies and also a judge on reality shows, did not miss the mark by much, though, in the sense that Gurmeet Ram Rahim is a singer too, besides being an actor in ‘MSG: The Messenger’ and a sequel. Music videos and albums of the ‘Rockstar MSG baba’ have generated huge curiosity, especially his breakout hit ‘Love Charger’. But he’s certainly not Ranjit Bawa!
