St Patrick’s Day might not mean much to Indians, but who doesn’t want a reason to party? In recent years, several watering holes and eateries have introduced specials for the Irish holiday. And this year, among the more interesting offers is the one at The Irish House, a bar that has two outlets at Lower Parel and Kala Ghoda.

The all-day celebrations on Sunday include games and competitions, live music acts and even a pub-crawl from one outlet to the other, atop an open-air bus.

“It’s the first time we’re doing the pub-crawl. Last year, we couldn’t as we had only one outlet. By next year, we’re hoping to do an inter-city pub-crawl,” says Dina Shah, marketing head, Global Kitchens. “We’ve also focussed on more fun activities and games like Beer Pong, Man v/s Food and Chuglympics.”

At Rs 699, you can sign up for the pub-crawl, which entitles you to a goodie-bag, two drink vouchers, access to live performances and a ride on the bus, which includes plenty of games.

In addition, there will also be happy hours through the day on their ‘All Things Irish’ selection as well as a contest to win a trip to Ireland. Performances include DJ Osh at the Lower Parel outlet and Zedde at Kala Ghoda.
