These arresting moments in time, and others iconic images, such as Kolkata’s hand-drawn cart and tram, are part of a show hosted by the Working News Cameramen Association. The show brings together works of 60 lensmen from across the country, who’ve been working in news photography. Nine videographers would also showcase their work.

The still photographers include Homai Vyarawalla (97) of Vadodara, the first Indian lady photojournalist and S. Paul. Both will receive lifetime achievement awards from the government on August 19.
