The suspected mastermind in the killing of Congress MLA Makhan Lal Jatav was arrested in Bhind on Saturday.
The suspect Pappu Pandit has been arrested and two more persons may be arrested by this evening in connection with the legislator's murder, Inspector General (Chambal Range) Arvind Kumar said over phone.

Jatav was shot dead by unidentified assailants on Monday evening in a village in Bhind district soon after he had addressed an election meeting for the Congress nominee from Bhind, Bhagirath Prasad.
