Though the week's biggest release Mausam is not hitting theatres as per schedule, you can catch Deepti Naval starrer Rivaaz for some old world magic. If that doesn't work for you, go for Hollywood flicks - Warrior, a drama and Crazy Stupid Love, a comedy.

Synopsis: Rivaaz is a social drama that deals with the theme of exploitation of women in Indian society. The story revolves around a bunch of women who fight for their dignity in the male dominated world. These women are traded in the name of tradition and go through routine exploitation in the name of tradition or religion. The underlying theme of the film is family based prostitution which still exists in many states. But unfortunately our law and order system has not been able to tackle the issue successfully. The system which started as a community tradition (rivaaz) is now operating as a money-making trade within the knowledge of the lawmakers and so-called protectors. The film tries to expose this dubious practice by bringing it in limelight.

Soon his brother Brendan, a former MMA fighter unable to make ends meet, returns to the ring to win the prize. Even though years have passed, past betrayal keeps Brendan estranged from Tommy and his dad. But when Brendan has to face Tommy in the ring, they must confront the forces that tore them apart.
Crazy Stupid Love

Jacob, a regular at the bar, hears his woes and offers help by giving him a makeover, teaching him how to be a player. Cal becomes good at the dating game but eventually realises he still loves Emily and wishes to go back. At the same time his son is nursing a crush on his baby sitter who doesn’t feel the same way. Even Jacob gets a new outlook when he starts having feelings for a girl who he tried to pick up but got turned him down as she had a boyfriend.

She is touted as Hollywood’s latest rising actor, but Emma Stone, 22, is taking life nice and easy. Having struck gold with last year’s high-school comedy, Easy A, she is all over the silver screen this summer with three back to back movies a cameo in Friends with Benefits, Crazy Stupid Love (CSL) and The Help. “It must be a summer movie thing,” she quips. It’s pretty funny. Crazy Stupid Love was shot in one stretch. Then, I shot Friends with Benefits while I was filming The Help. It was all at the same time and coming out at the same time.

When I was growing up, I used to paint freckles on me. Now, I sit an inappropriate amount of time in the sunlight to get more
freckles.
On working in The Amazing Spiderman
It’s great. I don’t think I’d be able to function in a world I didn’t understand. But it made it possible for me to. It happens to be set in New York where a guy runs in spandex suit saving lives.
