It was surely a special day for Sanjay Dutt, who celebrated his twins’ — Shahraan and Iqra’s — sixth birthday on October 21. After all, this was the first time he was part of his children’s birthday celebrations since they were born. And the actor made the most of the occasion.
“Manyata (Dutt; wife) and Sanjay looked into all the arrangements for the birthday party. Sanjay made sure nothing was missing. From the invites to the cakes — he was involved in everything,” says an insider, adding, “Sanjay is ensuring that he makes up for all the lost time with his kids and his wife. Earlier (when he was in jail), he used to talk about how Manyata had been organising great birthday parties, which the kids loved.”
When contacted, Manyata says, “Every year, we have been celebrating a themed birthday party for the kids, and this time, the theme was Scooby Doo. Sanjay, too, was keen to celebrate it as a themed party this year. The occasion was special for the entire family.”
