Actor Richa Chadha has a packed shooting schedule. And like most busy actors, she has an entire team of staff who work with her to help her to get around with her sked. In return, Richa makes sure she gets involved with her staff’s family, especially encouraging them to take part in extracurricular activities along with education.
“It is because of the support of my staff that I can work without worrying about the household stuff and other logistics. I feel like I should appreciate their hardwork in some way. I think it is important for everyone to pay it forward,” says Chadha.
The actor, who has been part of movies such as Gangs of Wasseypur(2012), Fukrey(2013), Masaan (2015) and Sarbjit (2016), believes it is important to take responsibility of the staff’s families. “My staff gives me complete support when I am working on a project. I think it is important for actors to take responsibility of their families and take interest in what is going on in their lives,” she says.
