to be a simultaneous release across the world," says Akshay. "My partners were confident of the date, and I decided to go with what they chose. I’m happy with the response the film received everywhere it went. Critics liked it and so did the audience. Even monetarily, we didn’t suffer."

Admitting it’s hard to get a lineup of international and domestically popular names together for a movie’s schedule, he says, “I’m not even thinking about whom I want to work with next. As of now, I don’t have a single new script. Once I have something genuinely interesting and engaging, I’ll start running around again.”
